Our services cover a wide range of care needs, including 24-hour and overnight support, live-in care, and assistance for older people, adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions, and those facing physical challenges or sensory impairments. We are also experienced in supporting people with complex needs such as PEG feeding, challenging behaviour, eating disorders, substance misuse, and head or brain injury.

D-Triumph Care is proud to offer compassionate companionship, cultural support respecting your beliefs and values, tailored dietary options, medication assistance, shopping, respite care, and escorted outings in the community. Our flexible staff include both male and female carers, with the option of double-up care for enhanced support.

We accept self-funding clients as well as funding through Local Authority and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), with hourly rates starting from £26.00.
