About The Team

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. We are able to provide services in several languages including Urdu, Turkish, and Punjabi to meet individual communication needs. Please get in touch for further information about the team.

Feedback gathered during the inspection indicated that people felt safe using the service, described staff as kind, caring and compassionate, and felt involved in planning their care. People reported that staff respected their choices, encouraged independence and treated them as individuals.
