About Us

We have over 8 years relevant work experience in the Care sector. We also bring over 23 years’ experience working with a large Local Authority, advising customers on how to maximise their income, welfare benefits and how to claim these benefits.

We support Service Users with various needs e.g., Catheter care, Learning Disabilities who have personal budgets. We deliver double-up care packages, accompanying for hospital appointments, Personal care using hoist, meal preparation, Medication administration, booking GP Appointments, shopping, housekeeping, laundering, dementia care, stroke care, meeting with social worker and Members of Client’s family and friends.
We support service users with Parkinson and Vascular Dementia, service user that requires a live-in carer, and service user that needs the help of 2 carers three times per day to hoist from bed to chair. Requiring support throughout the day to reposition, maintain personal hygiene and maintain continence needs. Time keeping and punctuality is extremely crucial. To ensure this, we have stringent monitoring procedures and utilise monitoring system to ensure late calls are mitigated.

We support service users with autism and learning disabilities who presents behaviours that challenge such as harming themselves if distressed, therefore routine and identification of triggers are essential to care and support.
We support service user with severe arthritis / joint pains to maintain her independence. This involved helping her maintain personal hygiene, as well as emotional and psychological wellbeing via their outcome-based care plan.
