Rose Care Suffolk Ltd is a friendly, first-class team of home care professionals dedicated to serving the people of Felixstowe and the surrounding Trimley villages and Kirton.

Established in 1995, we’re proud to support the local community and to have become one of the best-loved and most frequently recommended home care providers in East Suffolk.

Our close-knit Rose Care team has decades of care experience and is regularly cherished as ‘extended family’ - not only by those directly cared for, but also by their loved ones who so often engage our help for respite and peace of mind and equally deserve our support.

Rose Care Suffolk Ltd currently holds the highest overall rating awarded by industry regulator, The Care Quality Commission - ‘Outstanding’.

At Rose Care we recognise that personal home care means different things to different people. Needs vary considerably amongst elderly, frail and vulnerable members of our community and can – and do – change regularly, often with little notice.

As experts in home social care, we use our extensive experience to create individually tailored and highly flexible home care plans which promote independence, but always deliver peace of mind.

We offer everything from personal care to palliative care; gentle companionship to practical help with shopping, housework or laundry, as well as accompanied visits for medical appointments or social occasions, sleep-in assignments and respite support.

Our dedicated, qualified carers live locally and have experience with dementia and neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis.

Sharing smiles is something we love doing at Rose Care. It makes such a difference to those we care for – and to us as dedicated carers too. So when we saw the smiles on everyone’s faces at our first client social event, we knew we’d found a magic formula.

Since that first little get together in 2018, the Rose Care Club has truly blossomed. As an extra little opportunity that's exclusive to Rose Care clients and people important to them, it's yet another reason why Rose Care often stands out from other home care providers.

From outings or parties to quizes and coffee mornings, the Rose Care Club is - for all of us, clients and carers included - about friendship and having a good time.
