About Us

PFC Care is a Hythe based supported accommodation and domiciliary care provider. We specialise in providing top-notch care services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our service users. At PFC Care, we help adults of ages 18 – 65 years and over 65 years maintain their independence, so they can stay in their own homes while receiving Person -centred care from our highly supportive care team. Whether it’s providing assistance around the home, offering companionship, facilitating attendance at work or training, or coordinating and providing support for social outings, we are always there to empower your loved one to live a full, dignified and rewarding life.
