Our dedicated team supports adults of all ages, including those with complex health conditions such as dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, mental health challenges, palliative and end of life needs, as well as sensory impairments and physical disabilities. Whether you require personal care, companionship, medication assistance, specialised dietary support, or double-up visits for additional support, TD Homecare Services is here to help.

We offer flexible care options starting from just £28 per hour and accept a variety of funding sources, including self-funding, Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare. Our services range from domestic/home help, food preparation, shopping and sit-in services, to escorted trips and pet-friendly staff. We understand the importance of maintaining independence and dignity, and our caring professionals are committed to supporting you or your loved one in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

About The Team

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce.
