Homecare (Frome) is dedicated to providing professional, compassionate home care tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, our caring and experienced team can offer flexible services that range from hourly assistance to 24-hour, live-in, and overnight care.

We specialise in a wide variety of care types including dementia (including Alzheimer’s), Parkinson’s disease, cancer, heart conditions, palliative and end of life care, post-operative support, and physical disabilities, supporting adults aged 18 and over. Our services also extend to companionship, help with domestic tasks, food preparation, medication assistance, and escorted trips—making everyday living comfortable and safe within the familiarity of your own home. Respite care is available for carers in need of a break, and we’re happy to arrange double-up visits when more than one carer is required.

At Spire Homecare, you will have the choice of male or female carers. With hourly prices from £27.50, we accept self-funding clients as well as those supported through Local Authority (with or without a top-up) and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding.

Above all, our service is centred around dignity, respect, and independence, tailored to your preferences and routines. We are also pet friendly, understanding the important role your animals play in your wellbeing.
