Overview
Austenwood is a beautiful home, set in the stunning Buckinghamshire village of Gerrards Cross, however the essence of the home and the very fabric of who we are, is nothing without the staff within it. The team is everything, from careful recruitment to ongoing supervision and support, training, and feeling valued as a part of the Austenwood family. Many of the staff have been working at Austenwood for many years.
The management team go above and beyond to look after the team, they have a commitment to a high staffing ratio, ensuring staff have the time to deliver quality care they can feel proud of, and build valued relationships with the residents they are supporting.
We listen to our staff, seek their feedback, and implement their ideas for continuous improvement. Ongoing training and development are actively encouraged and supported. This ensures the highest standards of care for our residents.
At Austenwood we provide high quality, flexible care tailored to your individual needs. Our aim is to provide the assistance that you need to ensure you can continue to live as comfortably and independently as possible whilst continuing to enjoy a good quality of life.
Whether you require short-term help after a hospital stay, full-time care or ongoing assistance with your day-to-day living, our friendly professional team are here to help you.
We know that you value your privacy, and we pride ourselves in ensuring that our staff are trained to deliver services that respect your wishes. We continuously seek out staff that are caring, considerate, understanding, warm and friendly.
