About Us

Caythorpe Residential Home has been owned and managed by Christine Lyte since 1997

Caythorpe Residential home is a Grade 2 listed building, situated in the conservation area of the picturesque village of Caythorpe.

The Village has 1 public house The Red Lion and Waggon & Horses is an Indian Bar n Grill, a post office, local shop and a doctor's surgery, all within 300 yards of the residential home. The main Grantham to Lincoln bus route stops directly outside the home every hour.
The home is registerd into 2 categories these are Dementia and older people

The home has a maximum capacity of 14 residents, male and female within the home, there are 2 shared rooms, whilst the remaining rooms are single. All rooms have their own washbasins and 5 rooms en-suite.

Home cooking is provided, and all diets are catered for, the staff aim to provide independance but are aware of residents individual needs. All residents care plans are reviewed and assessed regularly to ensure care needs are being met this is carried out by Social Services and by staff at the residential home.

Staff training updates are ongoing.
