Romis Care Services Ltd is a Domiciliary Care service provider established in April 2018 and has been successfully running 7th years. which provide specialists support and person-centred care to people with learning and physical disabilities, Younger Adults with complex needs and Autism, choose to live with dignity and independence within their home and community.
Romis Care Services has achieved a contract (spot purchase) with Thurrock Council since 2021 and is running successfully. Currently providing a service and contract with NHS SBS Thurrock. Romis Care Services Ltd aims to provide specialist support to service users with all their personal and care needs, providing a team of professionally reliable and dedicated staff. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to meet the specialist and complex needs of those individuals. Romis Care Services is an independent organisation that provides and delivers high-quality support and care to adults who wish to continue to live in their own homes or supported accommodation. Romis Care services will provide staff to service users who live in either supported, semi-independent or independent accommodation. Romis care service staff will deliver the services designed to meet the needs of people who require varying degrees of personal care and support in their daily living. We concentrate in the provision of services to users who need additional help within the community and well-being.
The individual needs of service users are assessed, and tailored care plans are designed and implemented to ensure a personalised and sensitive service, treating each individual with respect and dignity. Our support staff are skilled and trained to adapt and change to the growing demands of our service users. Romis Care Services aims to provide a high-quality standard and a person-centred plan of support in personal care, which is tailored to the needs by the service users and all our staff can deliver a high standard of professionalism, which will be effective and reliable.
The organisation promotes independent living, healthy eating, empowering daily life skills, encouraging every service user to live a happy life, within his/ her capabilities and our staff receive ongoing training and effective supervision to ensure that they are competent, proficient, and able to deal with any crisis or situations. All service users are encouraged to make choices and be involved in the day-to-day running of their routines, using resources both within and outside the home, identifying and utilising support which is available to them.
