About Us
At Right at Home Mid Sussex, we are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our Clients. Whether you are looking to change homecare provider or seeking homecare for the first time, we are here to offer exceptional, person-centred care in the comfort of your own home.
Our team of compassionate and highly trained Carers is committed to improving the quality of life for those we support. We take pride in offering visits that are never rushed, with a minimum visit time of 45 minutes, and most lasting at least an hour. This allows us to deliver the highest standard of care and achieve positive outcomes for our Clients.
We offer introductions by senior managers to all Carers who are visiting new Clients for the first time, which ensures Clients never have a stranger entering their home and that any Carers know where and what is required of them. We place great importance on having as much continuity of care by scheduling regular Carers with our Clients, so that we can build relationships and trust.
All our Carers live within the local area, are familiar with places of interest and are fluent English speakers.
