About Us

EVHM LLP - 20 Newlands Close is a purpose built bungalow and is designed for people with learning disabilities and any associated mobility difficulties - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. The company first purchased 20 Newlands Close in April 1992. At the start of 2002, the decision was taken to completely renovate the property, we wanted to provide a service for people either in their later years or with mobility difficulties.

This 7-bedroom purpose built property can now offer easy wheelchair access, providing support for people who have a learning disability with associated mobility difficulties, in high specification surroundings.

The bungalow affords two lounges, two bathrooms, a large, modern and well equipped kitchen with a spacious open plan living area containing a dining room leading to a comfortable living area and a patio with a large secluded rear landscaped garden.

There is sufficient space to be able to provide social events or private time.

There is easy access to local facilities with plenty of shops at the nearby village. There are easy to reach travel links for Hastings town with plenty of activities in the area which are of walking distance, which are residents can enjoy.

Levels of support are tailored to the needs of the people using our service, at present this service offers 24 hour support to the seven people who reside there. The staff team are well trained, experienced and committed to the individuals. With life-plans in place and a strong emphasis on person centered planning, there is no doubt this home and those who live there will receive a service which will provide a high level of support and maximise their opportunities.
