About Us
Hatfield Manor is a purpose-built care home, situated in the town of Hatfield. which will provide high quality residential, nursing and dementia care. Hatfield Manor offers a home from home environment, with 81 en-suite bedrooms providing private facilities for all residents.
Hatfield Manor provides guests with a range of social areas in which they may choose to spend time. This includes a cinema, hair and beauty salon, garden access, games room, drawing room, balcony access for guests who reside on the upper floors and a library. This offers a luxury experience to our guests which gives peace of mind, safety and security.
Morar Hatfield's purpose is:
To provide a caring, safe, effective and responsive service to support the guests at Hatfield Manor using a person-centred approach which promotes inclusivity and autonomy.
To provide clinical practice that provides the most appropriate and beneficial treatments/methods in keeping with best practice guidelines to support our guests effectively.
Hatfield Manor will offer a 'home from home' environment, which supports our guests to ensure that as far as possible, they have the ability to have choice and independence to ensure a good quality of life within our home.
Hatfield Manor will work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to allow us to have the best care for our guests and will establish positive relationships within the local community to allow our guests to be connected with them and engage in external events within the community.
At Hatfield Manor we will safeguard guests to the best of our ability from abuse and harm and will work with local safeguarding teams to discuss any concerns and work with them putting the guest at the centre of this support.
Hatfield Manor will ensure that every guest is acknowledged as an individual and treated as such, while treating them with respect, dignity and kindness.
