About Us
A specialised day centre and community respite service in Hebburn, for adults aged 18 and above living with profound, complex and multiple physical and learning disabilities.
At Hebburn Day Care, we offer a range of therapeutic and sensory services for adults with complex physical and learning disabilities. Our focus is on enhancing well-being through personalised care, innovative treatments and a supportive environment — promoting both physical and mental health. We support the individual by focusing on their assessed needs and wishes, and by maintaining and promoting their overall physical and emotional well-being — offering higher staffing levels such as 1:1 or 2:1, and therapeutic approaches that meet developmental, emotional, physical and sensory needs through meaningful activity.
Specialised daytime and overnight residential short breaks, in an environment purpose-built for profound and multiple learning disabilities and highly complex physical needs. Operating directly from our state-of-the-art facility at Hebburn House, we provide specialised daytime and overnight residential short breaks. Our environment is purpose-built to cater to young adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and highly complex physical needs, featuring ceiling track hoisting, full sensory suites, and hydrotherapy pool access.
