About Us
At Hepdene House we provide care and support to eight individuals with a learning disability, who may also have associated complex needs.
Hepdene House has eight large bedrooms, all carefully designed for people who may have mobility support needs. The bedrooms all have ceiling tracking to make personal care safer and more comfortable. The home has a number of communal rooms including a lounge, a quiet room and a dining room. Bathrooms are equipped with specialist baths and there is also an assisted shower facility. Hepdene House is set in half an acre of gardens, with sensory areas and raised flower beds, while also providing a space for the people we support to simply enjoy the outdoor space.
Apartment style accommodation is also available, designed to the same high specification as the other rooms, but with a further emphasis on the acquisition of new skills, possibly with a view to moving to more independent style living in the future.
Hepdene House is situated in Sandbed, Yorkshire. This market town is eight miles West of Halifax, and boasts a lovely countryside environment.
