About Us

The Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns team are here to help every step of the way. We provide a range of home care services that enable our clients to live independently in their own homes, this is where we believe people are happiest, healthiest and where one feels the most comfortable. Whether you require Companionship, Home Help, Personal care, Dementia care, Live-in Care or support with a learning disability we are here to help.
We have close links into our local community where we offer three memory cafes. In addition, we offer nutrition support as well as quizzes, painting and singing. Our care is person centred and is tailored to needs. Here’s what one of our clients, Mrs P said about us. My mum and dad have both been unwell recently, but I haven’t seen them so at peace for a long time. They are both so appreciating being at home and having such outstanding care. I went away for 3 days last week; this was the first time in more than 10 years that I could go away and know they would be completely safe and happy. PD is outstanding in every way, caring, respectful, organised, thorough. There is a lot of laughing in their household now.

About The Team

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
