About Us
The Cedars is a group of three purpose-built bungalows that accommodate 14 people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and associated needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, pica, and sensory impairments.
The people we support follow personalised weekly activity schedules designed to suit their interests, develop skills, and help achieve individual goals. Many also participate in activities at the nearby Grove Resource Centre, located within the same grounds.
The bungalows are fully wheelchair-accessible and equipped with adaptations to support independence. On-site services include physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, along with sporting activities aimed at improving muscle tone, posture, and mobility. The spacious grounds are fully accessible, providing an inviting space for social events, summer parties, and barbecues.
