At Crossroads Caring For Life, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, highly personalised care in the comfort of your own home. With a 'Good' rating for the past 11 years from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our experienced and friendly team delivers support tailored to individual needs and preferences, whether for yourself or a loved one.
Our award-winning organisation is recognised as a finalist in the Hertfordshire Care Providers Association Awards 2025 and holds Internal Trainer Accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to excellence. We specialise in a wide range of care, including elderly support, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, complex condition-led support, learning disabilities and autism, mental health and palliative/end of life care among others. Our skillset ensures professional help with cancer, diabetes, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, PEG feeding, catheter and stoma care, and more.
Care options are flexible and inclusive, offering companionship, medication support, domestic help, shopping, escorted outings, double-up care, respite for carers, and cultural support tailored to faith, values, and dietary needs. We also provide male or female carers and pet-friendly staff.
Our staff team can communicate in English, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, and Makaton, ensuring comfort and understanding for everyone. We accept self-funding, Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), with hourly rates from £27.24.
