We are a small family run business, passionate about care. Our ethos is that the client’s needs come first. We will work around you to provide a person-centred care service.
Ana Bela has over 15 years experience in the home care sector starting from working as a carer, and progressing to becoming a branch manager.
Our carers uphold our reputation and are valued in the community. They are themselves part of our own community of special people wanting to deliver the highest standard of care – upholding the principles of kindness and compassion – to give our clients dignity and respect and their families the greatest gift of all – peace of mind.

Having gone through our own first-hand experience of caring for an individual within the home environment, we realise the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill levels to care for a loved one.

We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK by putting people first. We want to give families the comfort of knowing that they will receive the best care available to them.

Trained, compassionate skilled carers are central to our core values, and we recognise them and reward them for their work ethic. We all know first-hand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.

Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.

We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
