Our Commitment to You
At Avant, we are dedicated to providing high quality, personalised care that supports you to live as independently as possible in the comfort of your own home. We take pride in offering a service built around your needs, preferences and lifestyle.
Following an assessment carried out by one of our Field Based Managers, we will work with you and, where appropriate, your family or representatives to create a personalised care and support plan. This plan ensures your care is tailored specifically to you.
Avant is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we aim to exceed the standards they set. Our full Statement of Purpose is available from your local Avant office and will have been shared with you by email or in writing before your service begins.

Our Aims
Our primary aim is simple: to provide a great service that helps you to stay independent at home.
To achieve this, we carefully recruit, train and support our care and support workers. We match our staff to customers as thoughtfully as possible — whether you require someone who speaks a specific language, has specialist training, or simply has a personality that fits well with yours.
Above all, our employees must be compassionate, reliable and passionate about caring for people.

Your Care and Support
A member of our management team will visit you to carry out a thorough assessment of your needs. Using this information, we will create a detailed, person centred care plan. Once finalised, your plan will be available through our Avant mobile app.
To reduce our carbon footprint, we minimise printing. However, we are happy to provide printed copies of any documents you require, including:
1. Company contact details
2. Your Care & Support Plan
3. Health & Safety or Risk Assessments (if required)
4. Recording sheets for care and support workers
5. Medication records (if required)
6. Any other important documentation
We carry out formal service reviews at least every three months. If your needs change, reviews can take place more frequently — even weekly or daily if required. Every individual is unique, and our service reflects that.

Support can range from short home visits to full live in care. We also provide sleep in or waking night support, depending on your needs. Services are available from one to seven days a week.
We provide private care services and also support individuals funded through the NHS or local authorities.
