About Us
Kindlio Ltd provides high-quality domiciliary care services that empower individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. We deliver compassionate, person-centred support built around each service user’s needs, goals and preferences.
We provide tailored care packages across children (0–18), adults 18–65, and older people 65+, including individuals living with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Each care plan is designed around the unique needs, goals, preferences and risks of the service user and their family, ensuring the right level of support at the right time.
Our care team consists of fully vetted and trained staff who receive ongoing development in safeguarding, duty of care, medication administration, record keeping, infection prevention and control, person-centred care, communication and emergency response. We place a strong focus on consistency of carers, continuity of support and transparent communication with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
We support service users across Hounslow, Richmond upon Thames and surrounding West London areas, working collaboratively with NHS teams, local authorities, hospital discharge teams and community services. Our approach is aligned with CQC standards and best practice guidelines to ensure the safety, dignity and wellbeing of every individual we support.
At Kindlio Ltd, our core values are compassion, dignity, respect and empowerment — ensuring that every service user, whether a child, adult or older person, feels safe, valued and supported to thrive in their own home.
