UK Star Care Limited is a home care and geriatric services company based in Hounslow. We are registered as a limited liability company in the United Kingdom and provide care services to individuals, families and social care. Our service model is based on responsive care tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We work towards offering a range of services to help older adults and individuals with care needs in the community.

Our aim is to provide our service users with a comprehensive best practice service of care within their own home environment.

We strive to offer flexible, efficient and professional service which is tailored to meet each person’s individual needs.

We treat each client with respect and remain sensitive to his / her individual needs and abilities and aim to promote the service user’s independence and personal dignity to continue to provide suitable and appropriate training to all our employees to ensure that all services are delivered in flexible responsive and efficient manner within the time scale agreed by service user and/ or referrer and to work in tandem with other professional services involved with the service user's plan.

Our employees receive support and guidance on an on-going basis, and they can develop individual skills. All achievement is recognized and rewarded; innovations are encouraged while views on service users and staff matters always welcome.
