Overview
Bridge House supports young adults aged 18-30 with learning disabilities and autism on their journey towards more independent living. Through our three-year residential program, we provide a safe and nurturing environment that builds the practical skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to greater independence. Our approach combines personalised care, skill-building, and real-life experiences in a structured yet homely environment. The aim of transitional care is to bridge the gap between more intensive support settings and more independent living.
