At Avocet Trust, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, professional home care for adults of all ages and needs, enabling our clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our team of qualified carers deliver flexible and personalised support from as little as £18.55 per hour. We accept funding from Local Authority and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), offering peace of mind and affordability.

Our range of services includes 24-hour and live-in care, personal care, support for dementia (including Alzheimer’s), palliative and end-of-life care, and specialist assistance for complex health conditions, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities including autism and Down’s syndrome. We also offer care for adults aged 18 to over 65, diabetic care, mental health support, and assistance following head/brain injury or stroke.

We strive to make daily life as easy and enjoyable as possible, providing companionship, cultural and religious support, dietary requirements, medication assistance, escorted trips, shopping, and food preparation. Our carers are sensitive to individual preferences, including LGBTQ+ support and pet-friendly arrangements, with the option of male or female carers.
