About Us

Opieka Limited is a trusted, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider established in 2016. From our dedicated office base in Hull, we coordinate high-quality, person-centred care and support for adults living in their own homes across the local area. Our team is committed to helping people remain independent, safe and comfortable, while receiving the right level of support to meet their individual needs.

We provide a wide range of home-care services including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, companionship, shopping, domestic support, and help with appointments and daily routines. All care is planned around each person’s goals, preferences and abilities, ensuring dignity, respect and choice remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our office is home to an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable team who work closely together to ensure continuity, reliability and excellent communication with families, professionals and partner agencies. We use secure digital systems for care planning, e-MAR, scheduling and quality monitoring, allowing us to respond quickly to changes and maintain high standards of safety and governance.

Every member of our care team receives thorough training, regular supervision and ongoing professional development. As a small, community-focused provider, we pride ourselves on building genuine relationships with the people we support and delivering a compassionate service that families can rely on.

Whether someone requires short-term support or long-term daily care, Opieka Limited is committed to providing a consistent, personalised and dependable service that prioritises wellbeing, independence and human rights.
