About Us
Clarion Homecare Ltd is a CQC regulated, nurse-led domiciliary care provider delivering safe, responsive and person-centred care across East London and surrounding areas.
We support adults aged 18 and over, including older people and individuals with complex health needs, to remain safely in their own homes and to transition smoothly from hospital into the community.
Service Offer
We provide a full range of domiciliary and complex care services, including:
Personal care and daily living support
Reablement and step-down care following hospital discharge
24-hour care and live-in support
Dementia care and support for long-term conditions
Complex care under TDDI registration
Our complex care provision includes:
Tracheostomy care and suctioning (where assessed and delegated)
PEG and enteral feeding
Stoma and catheter care
Oxygen therapy support and monitoring
Blood glucose monitoring and delegated insulin administration
Wound care and pressure area management in line with care plans
All care is delivered under clear clinical governance, with robust risk assessment, staff competency checks, and ongoing oversight from an experienced Registered Manager with a strong clinical background.
Hospital Discharge Focus
We work closely with discharge teams to support timely, safe discharges and prevent avoidable delays. We understand the urgency and pressures within hospital settings and can respond quickly to referrals.
