Swift Homecare Services Limited provides compassionate, reliable, and person-centred domiciliary care for adults aged 18 and over across inner London. Our goal is to help individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes while receiving the support they need.

Our experienced carers offer personalised assistance with personal care, companionship, medication support, mobility assistance, domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and escorted appointments. We also support individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospital discharge.

We provide flexible care options, including hourly visits, daily support, and live-in care, allowing families to choose the level of support that best suits their needs.

At Swift Homecare Services, we are committed to delivering care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our inclusive approach supports cultural preferences, dietary requirements, and individual lifestyles while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Our services follow the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission, and we accept funding through private arrangements, Local Authorities, and continuing care through the NHS.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce.
