About Us

The home provides care for elderly people over the age of 65.

We are a dedicated team with a true affinity in caring for older people. We have a desire to be recognised as a better provider. We have a ‘bottom up’ philosophy - in other words you come first and we work around you for your benefit.
We are committed to providing a high level service and environment for those residing with us.
Morton close is a purpose built home built in the early 80 s as an extension of the old manor house next door. The original site was two homes subsequently the older part was sold to a developer in 2004

The home is accessible by car and the bus. The home stands back from the country road and has a private car park just off the main joint driveway. Offering views of the dales at higher levels through the trees Morton has warmth that is second best to home achieved through the two TV lounges a dining and entertaining area. Bedrooms are hotel like but vary in size and shape allowing for individuality. Some of the rooms are en suite.
