Legacy Agency Limited is a domiciliary care and support provider based in Leeds, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.

Our aim is to support people to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and quality of life while receiving safe, compassionate and responsive care. We provide care and support tailored to each individual’s assessed needs, preferences, routines and personal outcomes.

Our services are delivered by trained and experienced care professionals who are committed to treating every person with respect and promoting their rights, independence and wellbeing. Our staff receive appropriate induction, mandatory training, supervision and ongoing support to ensure that they are able to provide safe and effective care.

Legacy Agency Limited supports people with a range of care and support needs, including older people, individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, mental health needs and people requiring end-of-life support. Where required, we also provide waking-night and live-in care arrangements based on individual needs and agreed care plans.

As a Leeds-based provider, we are committed to working collaboratively with individuals, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals and other relevant organisations to ensure continuity and quality of care. We regularly review care arrangements and respond to changes in an individual's needs to ensure that support remains appropriate and person-centred.

We place strong emphasis on safeguarding, infection prevention and control, medication safety, health and safety, confidentiality, effective communication and accurate record keeping. We maintain appropriate policies, procedures and quality assurance systems to monitor our services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
