About Us

Shield Health and Social Care are based in the LS28 area of Leeds, we do provide care support throughout areas of Leeds. The care team are fully trained in all areas to meet the specific needs of individuals which they will support. We aim to provide the highest level of community based services for vulnerable adults and younger adults living in the local community. We set our aims on serving the unique needs of each service user with greatest respect for their individuality. All service users will be treated individual to meet their routines and day to day care and health routines. The cost of services we provide are based on the individual care needs required and the level of care support provided. We can provide our services through Local Authority (LCC or ASC), through direct payments or privately through self funding.
