About Us
GoodOaks Homecare – Leicestershire South provides personalised visiting and live-in homecare, helping people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in the place they know and love – their own home.
Our friendly local team supports people and their families throughout South Leicestershire and South Leicester, including Oadby, Wigston, Knighton, Stoneygate, Market Harborough, Lutterworth, Great Glen, Kibworth, Fleckney, Broughton Astley and surrounding communities across the Harborough and Blaby districts.
We provide flexible, person-centred care tailored around each individual's needs, preferences, routines and goals. Support can range from regular visiting care to multiple visits each day and live-in care, including assistance with personal care, washing and dressing, mobility, medication, meal preparation, household routines and companionship. We also provide specialist support for people living with dementia and physical disabilities, as well as support following hospital stays and for people with more complex care needs.
At GoodOaks Homecare, we believe that great care starts with getting to know the person, not simply their care needs. We place dignity, respect, compassion, independence, choice and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. Our care plans are developed around each individual and reviewed as their needs change, helping people to maintain control over their lives and continue living as independently as possible.
Our care professionals are carefully selected, DBS checked, trained and supported, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, compassionate and consistent care. We work closely with individuals, families and other professionals to create a proactive partnership around the person receiving care.

Our Leicestershire South service is committed to bringing the same values and high standards to the local community, while providing a genuinely local and personal service. All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
