About Us

Set up by a family carer and paid carers to protect the people we support from any form of abuse by developing care around people's lives and desired outcomes as enablers rather than risk averse we provide care driven by the person and their families where it is appropriate to do so, We are firm believers around Positive behaviour support and ensuring that our clients voices are heard and listened to/
Our Registered Manager has years of regional and local knowledge having represented family support at local, regional and national levels at part of national forums - she breathes getting it right for each individual and has embedded the ethos of building each package on solid foundations where the team around a person is the right team that can support each other and the client to have the right support at the right time and in the right location. Our management team will always support clients when they have appointments if requested and can offer family guidance or signposting where it is needed .
