About Us

SureCare Leicester provides excellent care services for people in their own homes. They offer a range of services such as companionship, full-time care, dementia care and palliative care, all of the services are designed to promote choice and independence.

The person-centred approach includes services such as assistance with getting in and out of bed, washing and bathing, support with medication, and skin and hair care. SureCare also offers support with daily life activities such as accompanying clients on trips out, support with shopping, assistance with attending social activities, as well as holiday and respite care.

Every client is important and the team believe that a client’s personal care and support plan must reflect this. Before care commences a full needs assessment is completed with a senior member of the team, which allows them to get to know you and discuss your care needs. If you would like your family, friends or representatives to be involved it is something they fully encourage but it is your choice. SureCare Leicester aims to provide you, or your loved ones, with a care package that is holistic and tailored to meet your individual needs whilst respecting your wishes, choices and preferences. All this is possible due to their experienced and qualified carers who share their ethos and are committed to delivering the highest levels of outcome led care and support.
