About Us

Cheadle Care delivers flexible, community based support for adults aged 18 to 65 with a learning disability, autism, and associated complex needs. Support is provided within individuals’ own homes and across community settings, tailored to individual need and commissioned outcomes.

Our model is person centred and outcomes focused. Each individual receives support that reflects their assessed needs, personal preferences, and aspirations, with clear goals agreed and reviewed in partnership with the individual and relevant stakeholders.

Support is delivered in line with statutory guidance, safeguarding requirements, and best practice standards. The service promotes independence, inclusion, and wellbeing, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and consistency of support delivery.
