Angel Touch Home Care is a CQC-registered provider of domiciliary home care services designed to support individuals in their own homes. We provide a range of care services, including home care, living care, extra care, night care, and respite care, to ensure that our clients can remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our objective is to provide high quality care services to people who require additional assistance and care across England. We are dedicated to providing in-home care services that support care users with everyday tasks that they can no longer perform safely or independently due to illness or incapacity.
Our organisation adheres to the guidelines established by the government and Public Health England, including infection control protocols, to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We offer a range of care and support services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each person under our care. Our focus lies in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our care users.
We can assist with toileting, getting dressed and undressed, housekeeping, meal preparation, dietary needs, medication administration, laundry, grocery shopping, travel assistance, cleaning service, hospital discharge, accessing leisure and social activities, establishing new relationships and making new friends, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and maintaining links with family and friends.
We always treat our service users with dignity and respect and maintain privacy throughout their care journey with us.
We have highly qualified and experienced staff available 24/7 to assist and support individuals in living a healthy life in their own homes. We ensure continuous monitoring and supervision of our carer at all times.
We prioritise transparent communication and strive to keep our clients well-informed. We value honesty and openness with our clients to establish a trustworthy relationship.
