Proudly rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our experienced and friendly team offers personalised support for adults aged 18 and above—including older people, those living with complex health conditions, and individuals with learning, physical, or sensory disabilities.

Our wide-ranging services include hourly, overnight, and 24-hour care packages, supporting daily living activities such as personal care, companionship, food preparation, domestic assistance, medication management, and escorted outings. We also provide specialist care for dementia, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, palliative needs, mental health, and more. Flexible options are available, including live-in care, respite support for family carers, and rehabilitation following hospital stays.

We understand the importance of respect for cultural values, dietary requirements, and personal preferences. We offer support from carers who speak a variety of languages—including Akan, Bengali, Fante, Hindi, Igbo, Somali, and Yoruba. Both male and female carers are available, and we are proud to be LGBTQ+ friendly. Our staff are also comfortable with pets, providing dog-walking and feeding services as needed.

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
