About Us

Avant-Garde Services Limited provides person-centred domiciliary care and support for adults aged 18 to 65 living in their own homes.

We support people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs, physical and sensory impairments, dementia, and complex or long-term health conditions. We also support individuals with neurological conditions, as well as those during recovery and rehabilitation, who wish to maintain or regain independence.

Our service is built around a tailored, person-centred approach. Each individual receives a comprehensive assessment focusing on their needs, preferences, goals, and risks. We work closely with individuals to understand how they want their care delivered, promoting choice, control, and independence wherever possible.

At Avant-Garde Services Limited, our values of respect, empathy, and dignity guide everything we do. We listen to the people we support and adapt our services to meet changing needs, ensuring care remains personal, flexible, and responsive.

Our care staff are carefully recruited for their compassion and commitment to high-quality care. All staff complete a rigorous recruitment process, including mandatory training, and are supported to maintain safe and effective practice.
