Ceibraxs Care Agency confirms that our operational capacity remains active and ready to support new care packages. We currently maintain 200–250 hours of weekly spare care availability and are able to initiate domiciliary, reablement, and rapid-discharge packages within 4 to 24 hours of confirmed referral.

Our service coverage includes: • North East London: Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Newham • North Central London: Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington • South West London: Croydon, Sutton, Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth, Richmond.
All care delivery is managed and quality-assured via the Carebeans digital platform, offering commissioners and others real-time visibility of visit schedules, medication administration (eMAR), and progress against outcomes — ensuring safe, transparent, and accountable service provision.
