About Us
At Copper Connect Care, we provide compassionate, person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We're dedicated to supporting independence and well-being in the comfort of home. We take pride in having a team of well-trained and highly qualified staff who are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and support to our service users. Our caregivers undergo a rigorous recruitment process, which includes thorough background checks, in-depth interviews, and extensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to provide exceptional care to our service users.
The supported living service provided by Copper Connect Care is designed to help adults with mental health learning disabilities and conditions related to ASD to live independently in their own homes. This service includes 24/7 support, assistance with household tasks, and emotional support. We also provides respite care services to support the primary caregiver of an adult with mental health learning disabilities and conditions related to ASD. The service offers temporary relief for the primary caregiver and ensures that the service user continues to receive the care and support they require. We also provide domiciliary care services to adults with mental health learning disabilities and conditions related to ASD. The service includes personal care, medication management, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support.
Copper Connect Care provides personalised care plans tailored to each service user’s needs. The care plans are designed to support the service user to achieve their goals and aspirations and to ensure they receive the care and support they require to live as independently as possible.
