We provide quality complex care support for single and double handed care support services to our clients. Our carers go in together at the same time for double hand shift to provide quality care support to service users, we would like to be part of the providers who will be given an opportunity to be the health care Provider or agency to support clients with specific required needs and reduce the need for hospital admissions by providing a comprehensive, personalized, and dynamic approach to care. We have clients we do this for presently.

We constantly adapting to the changing needs of individuals with complex health conditions . We can provide services for Direct Payment, ACT Duty, NHS Brokage Team, ICS, ISF or CHC Clients. we are currently providing quality service for some service users with all sense of Duty of Care according to their preference to meet their specific needs. We provide standard care service for adult and children in Royal Greenwich Borough, Kent Council Lewisham Council to mention but few, where we are delivering quality complex care support services to people with learning Disability and Autism, Challenge Behaviour ,Mental Health, Physical Disability, Personal Assistant services and Live- in-care. Services. Etc.

We have trained and experience carers to support an individual with significant ongoing and often multifaceted health needs with the services to address the unique combination of personal, medical and social requirements of everyone.

Services are included:

Personal Care:

1 Assistant with daily living activities.
( Bathing, Dressing and Toileting ).

2 Mobility support and assistance with transfers.

3 Nutrition support, including meal preparation and specialized diets.

4 Continence management to prevent bed sore. Etc.

Medical Complex Care:

1 Bowel and Stoma care.

2 Monitoring vital signs and levels ( heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels etc.)

3 Gastrostomy care and feeding ( PEG/ enteral feeding).

4 Nebulizer management.

5 Ventilator and tracheostomy care.

6 Catheter care. To mention but few. etc.

Other Support Services:

1 Companionship and emotional support. 1:1.

2 Respite care support in their resident or outside. 1:1 or 2:1.

3 Social inclusion and community engagement. 1:1 or 2:1.

4 24/7 support services including live-in care. To mention but few.

5 Personal Assistant to individual in the house or for community access 1:1 or 2:1.
