Emerald Care Services (UK) Limited exists to deliver safe, compassionate and person centred domiciliary care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life for adults and children in their own homes.
Our objectives are to:

Emerald Care Services (UK) Limited is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the following regulated activity:
Personal Care includes providing practical assistance, support with daily living tasks, and physical help with personal care routines for adults and children in their own homes.
Prompting, assisting, or administering medication in line with assessed needs and staff competencies. Help with meal preparation, household tasks, shopping and maintaining independence. Accompanying individuals to appointments, education, community activities and social events. Short term or regular breaks for families caring for a child or adult.
We provide domiciliary care to:
Adults (18+)
• Older adults, including those living with dementia
• People with mental health needs
• Individuals with sensory impairments (hearing, visual, dual)
• Adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities
• Adults requiring support with daily living, mobility, medication, and personal care

7. Staffing and Training
Our staff team includes Domiciliary care workers, Support workers for children and young people
A Registered Manager overseeing compliance and quality
All staff receive: Enhanced DBS checks, Fully compliant induction in line with the Care Certificate
Mandatory training (safeguarding, mental capacity, medication, infection control, etc.). Specialist training (autism awareness, dementia care, epilepsy, sensory needs, communication support, PBS, etc.) Regular supervisions, observations and continual professional development
