About Us
Gorretti Kasozi is the Registered Care Manager at Xtra Care Services Ltd, bringing extensive knowledge, qualifications, and practical experience in health and social care management.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health and Social Care Management, providing a strong academic foundation in service development, leadership, and person-centred care. In addition, she has achieved NVQ Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Health and Social Care, demonstrating progressive competence from frontline care delivery through to senior management and leadership.
Gorretti Kasozi has completed all mandatory training required for care provision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance standards. Her professional practice is guided by current legislation, CQC requirements, and best practice principles, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, dignity, safety, and high-quality care outcomes.
