About Us

Holistic Community Care Limited is a private domiciliary care company that was formed in 1995 as a partnership company. The agency registered as a limited company in 1998. The main office is based in Lambeth. The company provides carers to people living in their own homes. Carers can provide personal care, a domestic service, a sitting service or live-in service. The agency supplies prospective service users with an information pack about the services that the agency provides. The most recent CQC inspection report is available in the office on request. presently we provide services in the London Boroughs as above

Hourly fees depend on whether the service is purchased by a local authority or by a private individual and also on the day of the week that the service is required, for example, increased rates at the weekend and on bank holidays. Our aims are: To provide holistic care/support services to our service users in their own home, without having to leave the environment they have grown to love for years. To deliver responsive and effective care/support services to service users by continually improving the delivery of service. To demonstrate to all those in and out of our establishment our pride in providing and assuring a quality care service sensitive to their needs. To create an exciting and rewarding place to work, where staff are encouraged to develop and use their skills and knowledge to provide a quality care service. QUALITY POLICY AND PHILOSOPHY OF CARE It is the policy of Holistic Community Care to provide a high-quality domiciliary care service aimed at maintaining Service Users in their homes whilst preserving maximum independence and quality of life. Our objective is to: Work in partnership with Service Users and other carers, such as close relatives, recognising their contribution and their needs as individuals in their own right. Work with Health and Social care professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies so that a comprehensive, integrated network of care is assured for Service Users. Ensure value for money for purchasers of our service. Assure a care service sensitive to service users' needs by actively seeking views on care received and welcoming input from others. About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice. Care and support can be provided in several languages including Portuguese, Bengali, and Urdu to ensure clear communication and understanding.
