Home Instead Westminster provides high-quality, relationship-led care that enables older people to continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they cherish most – their own home. Serving Westminster and the City of London, we offer reliable support that reflects traditional values of respect, dignity, and continuity, while embracing modern standards of professionalism, safety, and innovation.
Our visits are a minimum of two hours, allowing time for unhurried, person-centred care and genuine companionship. We match each client with a dedicated Care Professional based on shared interests, personality, and preferences, helping to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
Our services include personal care, dementia care, companionship, meal preparation, medication support, outings in the community, and respite for family carers. We work closely with families, health professionals, and local organisations to ensure care is well-coordinated, responsive, and aligned to individual needs and outcomes.
Our Care Professionals receive award-winning training, high levels of supervision, and ongoing development to ensure they deliver care that is safe, compassionate, and consistent. We take pride in being known for reliability, integrity, and a commitment to improving quality of life for those we support.
