About Us

Lawnfield House is a residential care home for the elderly (65 years and over) specialising in Dementia care. It is located in the Willesden area in North West London and is close to neighbouring areas such as Kilburn, Kensal Rise, Queens Park, Maida Vale and Edgeware Road. It has great accessibility routes and the nearest overground train station is Brondesbury Park and the nearest tube station in Kilburn on the Jubilee line. Lawnfield House has 41 residential bedrooms across 4 floors and is divided into 4 units. The team consists of a Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Administration Manager, Maintenance Person, Home Chaplain, Activities Coordinator, Chef, Cook, Kitchen Assistants, House Keeper, Domestic Assistants, Laundry Assistants, Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants. We also have volunteers who come in to support in different areas to help our elderly residents live later life well.
