LONDON HOMECARERS LTD is an organization that is a domiciliary care agency that will provide services in the community.
This will promote service users' needs rather than organizational needs. The focus is to improve the daily living skills of the service users and ensure that the service users' well-being and health are maintained with support from the GP services, hospital services, district nurses, and professionals.

Our organization, LONDON HOMECARERS LTD, will promote dignity in care and compassionate care. Through training, supervision, learning and development, spot checks, reviews with service users, regular meetings, and one-to-one sessions with service users. In addition, we will use the local authority quality assurance process and standards to ensure that the quality of services is promoted. The five domains to be followed are: is the service safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led. Our goal is also to promote the standards with the service users so that they get the best outcomes in health and social care services.

The vision of LONDON HOMECARERS LTD is to support vulnerable adults with the opportunity to live independently at home, based on and personalised care package. LONDON HOMECARERS LTD
offers the opportunity for service users to live in their homes and to have the support of trained staff. The goal is to support their welfare, promote choice, support them with daily living skills and emotional needs and personal care whilst maintaining independence at home and empowering the individual.

LONDON HOMECARERS LTD offers a managed service that supports service users maintain their dignity and self-respect, confidence, skills, lifestyle and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to live independently whilst remaining in their environment and within their local community. Our service will further promote the 6cs, which are: compassionate, caring, commitment, effective communication, competence. The service will ensure that these are centred on the service users’ needs and hence a service user-led service.
