About Us
PillarCare’s Care Packages – Key Points
Fully managed Care: All PillarCare’s services are fully managed by a team of highly professional and personal care managers. This includes recruiting and training the carers, supervising the carers and ensuring the quality of the care through regular assessments and reviews.
CQC Regulated: PillarCare is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC regularly audit us to make sure that all the care we are providing is safe, effective, responsive, well-led and most importantly, caring. The CQC also provide an option for clients to voice their complaints and concerns with assurances that this will be actioned.
Continuity Guarantee: PillarCare guarantees continuity of care. This means that if there are any emergencies that result in a carer not being able to attend, PillarCare will source an alternative carer to ensure there is no disruption to a client’s care and a family has peace of mind that their will be no disruptions.
No fixed term contract: We believe at PillarCare that care packages needs to be flexible as everyone’s needs are flexible. We do not ask for a minimum term and if a service we are providing is not right for the client, we will not force this to remain in place.
No tiered pricing: We believe that all care is important, whether this is companionship for someone alone at home or someone who has complex medical conditions. Care packages will differ in the amount of care provided but every client will be charged the same rates and prices for the care they receive. This means that as client’s needs become more complex, they will not be faced with hidden fees or increases.
Concierge Service: Time is precious, lives are busy, and sometimes family members live far away. At PillarCare, we recognise that caring for a loved one does not just end with providing care; daily household responsibilities also need to be managed. All our live-in care packages are inclusive of our concierge service that focuses on helping relieve the worry of managing these daily tasks and responsibilities.
Personalised Care Packages: Anyone can require care, sometimes for a few days, sometimes long-term. Needing care, for a broken leg or symptoms of a chronic illness, can happen in a person’s life at any time. PillarCare can help to guide you through the often-unexpected changes to yours, or a loved one’s life, and help you to maintain your life as you like to enjoy it.
