About Us
Quality Care Time was founded by Antoinette (Annie) and Gemma Curry, joint directors with over 25 years’ combined experience in care.
They created Quality Care Time to support families who are worried about a loved one and want care that feels safe, personal, and dependable.
Antoinette is the company’s Nominated Individual, responsible for quality and regulatory oversight.
Gemma is the Registered Manager, overseeing day-to-day care, staff support, and safeguarding.
Together, they lead the service with a strong focus on dignity, consistency, and clear communication. All carers are trained and supported to achieve recognised care qualifications (minimum Level 2 and above).
In 2023, Quality Care Time was proud to receive the Domiciliary Care Provider of the Year Award from the Prestige Awards. We are a family-led care company with deep experience in the care sector. Our staff are recruited carefully, trained regularly, and supported to deliver safe, person-centred care.
Our core values are:
✔ Dignity and respect
✔ Communication and transparency
✔ Consistency of care
✔ Continuous learning and quality
Each member of our team brings compassion and professionalism to their role.
