At Ready4Care Support Ltd, our domiciliary care service continues to deliver safe, consistent, and person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity for people in their own homes across London and Essex.

Our biggest success over the past year has been the implementation of personalised care planning and digital monitoring – OneTouch Essential Software, ensuring every individual receives care that reflects their unique needs, goals, and cultural preferences. The multilingual team (English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and Somali) enables effective communication and inclusion for people from diverse backgrounds. This has been particularly impactful for older adults with limited English, ensuring their preferences and beliefs are understood and respected in daily care delivery.

We have invested heavily in staff training and supervision under the leadership of our award-winning Registered Manager, M. Zakir Hossain Parvaj, who has over 22 years’ experience in health and social care. All care staff complete mandatory induction, completed or working on the Care Certificate, and specialist training such as safeguarding, medication management, and autism under the Oliver McGowan Training Framework. This has strengthened competence, accountability, and confidence in supporting people with varied needs.

A key success has been maintaining zero missed visits and zero safeguarding concerns over the last 12 months. Our digital rota and call monitoring systems ensure care is delivered safely and on time, while regular supervision and audits maintain high-quality standards.

We also focus on partnership working liaising with district nurses, GPs, and social workers to ensure continuity of care. We are also closely working in partnership with other stakeholder i.e. CPV, Care City, BEC etc and these relationships have enabled early notification of health and social care changes and make us enable proactively embracing changes and challenges.

Overall, our domiciliary care service continues to make a positive difference by supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes—truly achieving our mission of “Wellness Through Care.”
