About Us
Welcome to Right at Home Central London — your trusted provider of high-quality domiciliary care in the heart of London. Our dedicated team delivers personalised support in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, enabling you or your loved one to live life independently and with dignity.
We offer a wide range of care services for adults aged 18 and over, including 24-hour care, live-in support, personal care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, palliative and end-of-life care, rehabilitation, and specialist support for complex conditions such as Parkinson’s, cancer, diabetes, and learning disabilities. Our compassionate carers can assist with daily living tasks, medication, companionship, meal preparation, and domestic duties — all tailored to individual needs, cultural backgrounds, and dietary requirements.
We understand the importance of continuity and trust, so we offer both male and female carers, including team support for complex visits. Our services are accessible for self-funding clients, those with Local Authority top-ups, and NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. We are proud recipients of awards from Westminster Council and for Creating Safer Spaces for people with memory issues and their families.
Right at Home Central London is committed to inclusion, supporting communities from diverse backgrounds and speaking languages including Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Nepalese, Tigrinya, and Twi. We also provide LGBTQ+ support and pet-friendly care.
Every client is treated as family, and your wellbeing is our highest priority. Contact us today to find out how we can help you or your loved one remain safe, comfortable, and empowered at home.
